Integration to EasyVista Service Manager

The Kelverion Integration Pack for EasyVista is a compliant integration for the Microsoft System Center 2012 and 2016 Orchestrator IT Process Automation Solution. This Integration Pack enables users to create, update, get and delete records in EasyVista:
Online – version 2016.1.267.3 (x86)
On premise – version 2016.1.267.5 (x86)

The Integration Pack delivers a range of re-usable activities to automate IT-Functions such as:

  • Service Desk – create service records from a wide range of enterprise management tools or custom sources.

  • Monitor Service Records – monitor for new or changed service records to automate the diagnostic/remediation process.

  • Configuration Management – to initiate automated changes and transform and populate data into CMDBs or Asset Systems.

EasyVista Activities

This integration pack adds the KA EasyVista Service Manager category to the Activities pane in the Runbook Designer. This category contains the following activities:

  • Close Request – close an open EasyVista Service Manager request or incident.

  • Create Asset – create a new asset – equipment, license, contract or configuration item.

  • Create Request – create a new request or incident.

  • Get Asset – retrieve and filter assets.

  • Get Request – retrieve and filter requests or incidents.

  • Monitor Request – detect when new requests or incidents are created.

  • Resume Request – resume a previously suspended request or incident.

  • Run Internal Query – runs the query behind an EasyVista Service Manager report.
  • Suspend Request – suspend (place on hold) a request or incident.
  • Update Asset – update an existing asset.

  • Update Request – update an existing EasyVista Service Manager request or incident.

Activities subscribe and publish data to the Orchestrator databus.
