Integration Module for Azure Monitor

The Integration Module for Azure Monitor provides a set of ready built activities for integrating with Azure Monitor from within Azure Automation and the Kelverion Runbook Studio. These are forms driven activities which allow you to define interactions with Azure Monitor without having to write any PowerShell code.

When the Integration Module is used from within the Runbook Studio you also get the benefit of the Smart Discovery. You create a Smart Connection to a Azure Monitor and the IM will query the Azure Monitor for all Alert types and allows you to then request all the Alerts in one pass from a particular Alert type.

The Integration Module allows you to automate some key Service Request use cases:

Service Desk Integration
Automate Incident Ticket creation, into multiple Service Desks, when an Azure Monitor Alert is generated. Equally close an Azure Monitor Alert when an Incident Ticket is resolved.

Monitor Alerts
Monitor for new or changed Alerts to automate the diagnostic/remediation process for the Alerts
